  • We also love getting notifications when anything new happens with a document, and love that we can switch between dashboards to use PD for different purposes.
  • We adopted this system to send out our organization’s legal documents, and so far the experience has been great. I would highly recommend this e-signature product.
  • During the trial I was asked for a CC and they started a subscription immediately. The mistake I made was in not realizing that the trial was expired.
  • Drag and drop editor is somewhat janky part of the time. Unable to slice payments up for online payment (i.e. 30% down, it wants to charge the whole contract price right then and there.

  • Makes my work super simple and efficient as I can retrieve signed documents from my clients in no time and they love it as they can just sign the papers right on their phone.
  • Helps us get beautiful proposals out the door with fantastic efficiency and collaboration.
  • The only thing I can think of is pretty lame, but sometimes when I try to open to document the first time I click on the link it says “error.”
  • If I mess something up, it’s difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it’s more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.

  • What I love about this platform is the functionality and how it allows you to charge your client. It makes it very easy for your client to sign and pay right there and there.
