  • Using Salary.com CompAnalyst has been really user friendly with a broad selection of titles.
  • I appreciate the customization options that allow me to drill down to zip code or region.
Cons
  • As titles evolve, for example: Human Resources to Human Capital or People Operations, it can be challenging to find the right title.
  • I have found it difficult to email directly from the program itself and end up exporting the document to myself and then attaching to a new email.

  • Plus the ability to build a hybrid in the event you can’t find a job, is helpful.
Cons
  • My cons are more about the level of service I’ve paid for at this point.
  • I have a basic package and would benefit from more flexibility but have budget restraints.
