“ Payfactors - A Simple System to use ”

  • Overall I think the best feature of Payfactors is its simplicity and speed.
  • My company originally used Payscale and it was slow and complex to price jobs. Payfactors really opened that up with the ability to have a wide range of jobs.
  • Over all the system is great. One issue I do have is ease of setting up custom reporting.
  • Payfactors come stock with reports, which are really great to use. At times I have wanted to change a filter or add a column and I have found this somewhat difficult.

  • Overall, I like the user interface/look of the tool. It is very user friendly.
  • I like the Data Insights tab- the fact you can price jobs and use this tab to compile reports is very helpful.
  • The only thing I dislike is the fact that sometimes the system doesn’t “speak” as well to our current HR systems.
  • This has led to stale data sitting in PayFactors sometimes and a lot of manual work-a-round to get this updated.

  • Ease of use has been huge. The tile setup makes it super easy to navigate and accomplish what you need.
  • Also I’m fond of the Tableau analytics. The insights tile allows for robust analytics since they’ve embedded tableau into this tool.
  • Being a newer Software (Relatively) there are still some features that I would like to see added.
  • However, they are consistently adding new features at user request.
