Reviews

“ So far so good. I have been using Quicken. Now, I just have to find all the reports I need for end of the month meetings ”
5/5 (overall) - Delux
Pros:
  • Upgraded with no issues. Improved features. Great product.
  • I would buy this product again. A must have for any landlord/property manager.
Cons:
  • The product could use more mobile friendly features.
  • The product is missing ability to attach pictures, have tenants direct deposit, etc. Great value though!
“ We have used Quicken for years (2004 version) and so far we are enjoying the improvements that have been made. ”
4.3/5 (overall) - Dutch
Pros:
  • Fairly simple to use and has lots of features. I really like that I can make invoices as well.
  • The reporting is well featured and intuitive.
Cons:
  • While Quicken is great, I wish it had a feature that would allow me to be able to log on to a web
  • based version so I could make simultaneous updates with my assistant manager.
“ Love the graphics of hw money is spent in each budget category. Can easily see where my money is going ”
4/5 (overall) - Greg weiler
Pros:
  • I love the convenience of using Quicken. I’ve used it both personally and professionally in the past and it is easy to download, implement, and update as needed.
  • Ease of use and it allows you to add multiple businesses or personal accounts. The price is what it should be for accounting software
Cons:
  • It is somewhat difficult to create categories as it seems to be a multi step process as you can easily mis identify as an expense or income
  • No way that I know of to recover the password vault.

The best way to know how a software can help you or your business is by knowing its disadvantages. With that said, now that you know about Quicken’s advantages, it is time to know about its disadvantages. Firstly, the app does not have the most organized system. Users can easily get lost when trying to find a specific feature. Secondly, Quicken’s setup process is long and counterintuitive. Lastly, the third party integration feature is quite limited.
