Reviews

“ Great for business owners ”
4.5/5 (overall) - Vincent P
Pros:
  • One of the features that I like best is the creation of invoices. I like the professional look of the invoices and how the software saves all of them.
  • They become very useful when I export them as .pdfs to attach to emails. The interface is pretty self-explanatory. I also like that the software saves my contacts’ information; it saves time when creating invoices.
Cons:
  • One thing that I don’t like about QuickBooks online is that when I initially started an account and tried to email practice invoices directly through QuickBooks, I noticed that the invoices went to my junk email folder rather than my inbox.
  • I thought about still using the email function and simply telling my clients to check their junk mail folders, but it rubbed me as unprofessional.
“ Perfect for small business ”
4/5 (overall) - Gloria P.
Pros:
  • I like being able to use the online service where I can log in anywhere I have internet access.
  • This gives me the option to work remotely.
Cons:
  • The software is relatively easy to use, but I would like to see MORE VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE.
  • So that I can use more of the many features that QB has that can help my business.
“ Quickbooks Organizes Our Church's Finances ”
4.5/5 (overall) - Tim A.
Pros:
  • I love how it connects to your bank account and transfers all of the transactions to it.
  • Being able to categorize every transaction makes things so much easier. No need to type everything in manually! Reconciling is a breeze!
Cons:
  • There’s a huge learning curve for this software.
  • However, they have great customer support. In the beginning, I had to stay on the phone with them for a long time to learn how to use it.

Our team, though, values the importance of knowing an app’s drawbacks, so that you can easily select the best app for your company. Hence, before choosing QuickBooks Invoice, you should know that it has a counterintuitive system and the reporting functionality could be better. Another area where QuickBooks Invoice lacks is its limited inventory tracking system.
