Pros
  • Ability to use as ATS as well as HR database and tie candidates to employee once hired and onboarded.
  • My company uses Workday to access our benefits and employment information. It has a simple and good looking user interface, and is easy to use.
Cons
  • Inability to see candidates on Requisitions that are assigned to other recruiters / users within Workday.
  • There are times when I navigate away from a page and then have a hard time returning to that page.

Pros
  • I love the fact that you can upload your file onto their platform and everything is already prefilled in for you with great accuracy.
  • That is good because that is the only thing positive about this garbage product.
Cons
  • If for some reason I forgot my login credentials, I had to move through my company’s HR which was actually a pain instead of just resetting from the workday website.
  • After the training we were all just as confused. Stick with Taleo or any other system.

  • Attraction and retention of talent. Ensuring in-country language capability and experiences.
  • This is a great way for employees to say, “Hey, I worked extra hard on so and so and this is what I did to make the project successful. It boosts morale, generally speaking.
Cons
  • The different pages are hard to navigate between. There are hundreds of reporting options but most seem to be useless from a recruiting standpoint.
  • There are zero work around and if someone else doesn’t do something you are dead in the water with being able to hire a candidate. It slowed our internal process greatly.
