“ Accounting is fun with FreshBooks ”

9/10 (overall) - Sursh P.
Pros
  • To sell goods and manage the finances of the company is great and that you know when a user read the invoice is awesome to be more certain about them paying.
  • I found that overall it was a great program for me to use to start. I found that it was best for me to use other software because of the ecosystem.
Cons
  • Stay away, a company that lies, conceals, over promises, even steals and is majorly incompetent. Choosing to work with them will be the worse decision you ever make.
  • If you have many individual transactions, it can be a problem to organize. But as our transactions are recurring, FreshBooks has helped a lot and I have no negative points.

“ Freshbooks - Still one of the best billing systems around ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Andreas L.
Pros
  • The free version is excellent and the features that come in when you transition to the paid version makes thing amazing. Great for freelancers and small businesses.
  • What i like about this software is that It does offers excellent invoice features that can be useful especially to those who has a small companies.
Cons
  • Freshbooks is the worst company I have every dealt with. I had a legitimate complaint about the software duplicating, triplicating and some times four versions of the same transaction.
  • The only thing that is missing in freshbooks is that you can not estimate you tax in it you have to do it manually.

“ I wish I could rate it higher than a 10 ”

10/10 (overall) - Frank N.
Pros
  • It was so easy to add and remove third party apps if and when they were needed.Plus, there were lots of options for third party apps that I could plug in or switch out as needed.
  • This software helps us to do all our Accounting Entries like Expenses, Sales, Purchase & Overall Organisation requirements.  It is excellent in terms of reporting.  I give a full 5 stars to this software and recommend it to all my clients.
Cons
  • It never once made me a cup of coffee. I know that sounds like a weird joke but that’s pretty much the only thing that it couldn’t do for me.
  • I love this software because 1. It saves more time. 2. It gives a Perfect report. 3. It is very user friendly
