  • But after a long use, it demands to be restarted, which sometimes may cost time.

  • I have trakstar, since About 6 months I am using this program and I like its easy deployment and how versatile its templates and tools are when executing an evaluation.
  • I do not need to bother the HR department to do the monthly evaluations to my staff since the program gives me everything I need, with it I make all my forms and each one of my evaluations without difficulty.
  • Self-assessment is something important and should be more visible to have better criticism, you should be able to incorporate a column in an easier way to make these evaluations.
  • I think the program is complete, but you must improve your platform to be able to modify it and be more modern, achieve mold each space for my need and have more practical templates.
