Reviews

“ Solid software ”

8/10 (overall) - Jade B
Pros
  • As an admin, the software allows you to set demographics and view the reporting in the platform accordingly.
  • The platform takes you through every step of the process so you can ensure that your communications are in order and timed strategically from introduction, to roll out, to reminders, all the way through to the survey closure.
Cons
  • Would have liked to see more initiative in selling us additional features when we reached out to inquire.
  • We were instead provided with basic info and links to videos or articles when it would have been much beneficial to both parties to have a bit more involvement from the CultureAmp side.

“ Unparalleled Support Team ”

8/10 (overall) - Davana B
Pros
  • The Culture Amp support team is the best I have ever experienced. Their Academy articles and walkthroughs are very comprehensive, but sometimes you just need a quick answer to a question that you’d rather ask somebody.
  • I’ve reached out with technical questions and general HR guidance questions and they’ve always been responsive and incredibly helpful.
Cons
  • Culture Amp isn’t always intuitive to use, and sometimes the articles don’t have exactly the answers you need.
  • I still have a hard time determining the difference between 360 Engagement Surveys and Performance Evaluations, and there are still some features that only recently got rolled out that would have been useful earlier.

“ Culture Amp is the BEST Product on the Market ”

9/10 (overall) - Sarah H
Pros
  • My organization has used the Engagement Survey, Exit Survey and COVID-19 Response Surveys. Each set of results clearly identified our strengths and opportunity areas that we were able to take action on.
  • In addition, once you set a baseline, you can track progress over time which is very helpful.
Cons
  • After utilizing various platforms over the course of my 15+ years in HR, I can honestly say that there is nothing that I dislike about the Culture Amp platform.
  • They are always looking for ways to improve the user experience and they make sure that the product is always improving.
